As a factory that focuses on high quality bag accessories, we always prioritize meeting client requirements—this time, the client had clear demands: the rivet were to be secured with screws on the back, and the screws must be completely flush after installation—with no protrusions whatsoever.

- To fulfill this requirement, the screw holes on the back of the rivet were designed to be 3mm deep, and our factory prepared matching screws with 3mm-long threads—ensuring perfect compatibility in theory. However, right before shipping, Wakison Bag Hardware Factory detected an unexpected issue: the screws could not be fully tightened, leaving a 1mm protrusion that fell short of the client’s flush requirement. As a team that focuses on high quality bag accessories, we immediately launched an investigation to address the problem.
- After an urgent investigation, we pinpointed the root cause: the tapping of the screw holes on the rivet did not reach the bottom. This meant that even with the correctly sized 3mm-threaded screws, the threads could not fully engage, leading to the 1mm protrusion. Unfortunately, the rivet had already gone through electroplating and oil sealing processes—reworking the tapping would not only damage the screw threads but also scratch the logos on the surface, which was not an option for Wakison Bag Hardware Factory, as we focus on high quality bag accessories and refuse to deliver substandard products.
