R&D
The Process of Custom Hardware Development
- Initial Inquiry: Client will tell us the custom hardware inquiry like item name, shape , size , logo and color.
- Consultation: Our R&D team will review the client idea praticability and offer professional suggestions, then sales team can quote mold fee, pricing, lead time and key point that need customer pay attention.
- Artwork & 3D rendering : Our factory will provide a 2D artwork with clear dimension and 3D rendering for client approval (takes 1-2 days).
- Mold & Samples: Once the client approves the 3D artwork, we will start to make mold, test mold and get first batch sample, which takes about 2 weeks to deliver.
- Production: When the metal sample is approved and any molds are made, production begins, which takes approximately 4 weeks.
- Delivery: Once the production is finished , our Qc department will inspect each piece surface finish and functional part one by one , then report the inspection result before sales team inform customer the final packing details.
