Quality Assurance & Certification

• Professional QC Department & Team: We have a dedicated quality control department with 6 professional QC staff, all of whom have rich experience in bag hardware quality inspection and hold relevant industry certification certificates. The team is divided into incoming inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection groups, with clear division of labor and strict implementation of quality standards to ensure full-process quality monitoring.
• Strict Quality Inspection Process:
  • Incoming Material Inspection (IQC): Strictly inspect the quality of raw materials (such as stainless steel, zinc alloy, aluminum alloy) and auxiliary materials, including material composition, surface quality, dimensional accuracy, etc., and only qualified materials can enter the production link.
  • In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): Conduct regular inspections during the production process (cutting, stamping, polishing, electroplating, assembly, etc.), monitor process parameters in real time, and promptly correct deviations to avoid unqualified semi-finished products flowing into the next process.
  • Final Inspection (FQC): Conduct comprehensive inspection of finished products, including appearance, dimensions, functionality, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and other performance indicators. Only products that pass all inspection items can be packaged and delivered.
• Advanced Quality Inspection Equipment: Our QC department is equipped with a full set of advanced testing equipment to provide accurate data support for quality inspection, including: Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for high-precision dimensional measurement, Salt Spray Test Chamber for testing corrosion resistance, Hardness Tester for material hardness detection, Surface Roughness Tester for evaluating surface smoothness, and Tensile Testing Machine for testing product tensile strength and durability.
