2,Q: Is the outer diameter of the tag 15mm? Can the size be adjusted?
A: The standard version has an outer diameter of 15mm. Custom sizes are available to enlarge or shrink the tag as required.
3,Q: Can we customize logo or change the inner pattern on the tag?
A: Custom service is supported. We can replace the torch diamond pattern, and mold your exclusive logo and text graphics.
4,Q: What plating colors are available for the surface?
A: Stock item comes in bright silver. Custom colors include gold, gun black, antique bronze and nickel tone.
5,Q: Is the matched ring firmly connected? Will it fall off easily?
A: It comes with flexible open jump ring for stable assembly. Sealed welded rings can be chosen for higher load demand.
6,Q: What items can this hang tag be applied to?
A: It has wide usage, suitable for handbags, canvas bags, key chains, pet collars, garments, leather goods and handmade accessories.
7,Q: What is the minimum order quantity? Do you have stock?
A: Small stock is available for regular style. Custom orders with new patterns or colors have moq, please contact us for details.
8,Q: Will the hollow out structure deform easily?
A: Zinc alloy owns stable structure. It keeps shape under normal use. Avoid strong squeezing or violent bending.

Plating Process Comparison
Generally there have hanging plating and rolling plating. Firstly, both plating object handing way are different, like hanging electroplating handles items individually, while rolling electroplating treats parts in batches. Secondly, the final surface finish are different. Hanging finish can achieve shiny and smooth surface, but rolling finish have rough and scratched surface and vintage look.
