Flat Pressing Forming
First, pass the cut iron wire segments through a cold pressing machine to flatten the round wire into a flat wire strip of uniform thickness.Then,feed the flat wire into a customized
mold of a ring-forming machine. The machine bends the flat wire into a circular shape, and the two ends of the wire are overlapped slightly to form the preliminary flat ring structure.
Surface Treatment
Iron has poor corrosion resistance, so surface treatment is a critical step:

- Derusting & Degreasing: Clean the flat key ring with alkaline cleaning agents and derusting solutions to remove oil stains, iron filings and rust spots on the surface.
