Q1: What is the carabiner made of?
A: It's made from solid zinc alloy, which is strong and durable. It has a nice gold color plated on top.

Q2: Can I have a sample?
A: Yes, we can offer 3-5 pcs free stock samples and you just cover courier fee. For custom logo sample cost, that is mainly on mold fee.

Q3: What is the MOQ ?
A: For production MOQ , it is 500 pcs per design per color. For some items, if we have stock, the MOQ can be 100-200 pcs.

Q4: Do you accept OEM and ODM ?
A:Yes, we warmly accept both OEM and ODM bag hardware production. We have over 3000 designs for customer choose.

Q5: What is your custom order process ?
A: For customize product, we usually make artwork for customer approval first then start to make die-cast mold and samples.
Only after customer approve samples , then we can start to proceed bulk production. Related pictures and videos of new samples will be sent to customer at once.

Q6: What is the lead time ?
A:For stock samples, it takes 3-5 days .
For custom development samples,  it takes 10-12 days. for function product like snap hook, it will take 15-20 days.
For 2000 pcs or below quantity, production lead time is 20-25 days. If more than that, please contact with sales team.
Delivery time is depend on the address and shipping way.
